I am a stay at home home-school mom of 2 of the most beautiful and well-behaved
daughters. I am married to the coolest
guy ever, and we never have any issues. I work part-time as a Christian Counselor as well and organize everything for church and volunteer regularly. Life is fantastic. Well, that is
what you would expect someone to say who is making a blog. Blogs often times make the writer seem super
human. I am definitely not a super
human!
I am the mother to two girls – they are
beautiful, but they are kids nonetheless.
They run, scream, jump, misbehave, talk back (oh how they talk back) and
right when I think I am going to go crazy, they usually pull out something that
is adorable and I am reminded they are God’s and not my kids, I am just a
steward of them for while I am blessed with them.
I am married to a pretty great guy. We have been married for nearly 10
years. I love him to death and he is
fantastic, but we are also in a marriage.
In any marriage there is give and take, struggles, heartache, love,
fantasy, romance, disappointment, and that could all be encompassed in a week
or even a day.
I am a Christian counselor, that works part time and I do volunteer, but not nearly as much as I should and I work 5 hours a week, so lets be realistic, I'm not a super human!
I do homeschool my girls. We have fun, but it is not all wonderful moments in this household. We yell, scream and I loose it a lot!

So I am normal, just like you. I am saved though. God’s
grace in sending Jesus saved me from my sins. I struggle with every day things,
and I struggle with my relationship with God.
The whole reason I started this blog was to keep me accountable for
spending time with God daily. It is not
to say that I am holier than you, or to say that my insights into certain
verses are the one and only insights that should be considered. My daily blogs are simply me spending time
with God, and Him revealing himself to me in my crazy, mixed up, totally normal,
but also blessed life.
